GRATUITY

Gratuities are always appreciated. When tipping your service provider, please do so directly via cash or check. We are unable to process tip via credit card and apologize for any inconvenience. We are able to receive tips via cash, check and venmo!

CANCELLATIONS

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any/all cancellations. 50% of your service will be charged to the card on file under your account if the notice is within less then 24 hours or a “no call, no show” should occur.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please note that if you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time of the original appointment. If we have no heard from you within 15 minutes or more from your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a “no show” and will be treated as a cancellation, resulting in a 50% charge. Thank you for respecting our teams time!

REFUNDS / RETURNS

Gift certificates and makeup purchases are non-refundable. All other retail purchases can be exchanged or given store credit. Refunds are given in the form of store credit only.

RESPECTING THE SPACE

At INSPIRE Hair & Skin, we welcome ALL into our salon; we also want to promote relaxation for all of our guests. Please assist us in providing a calm and peaceful environment for everyone by ensuring that you and those who may accompany you are respecting their surroundings, choice of words as well as noise level.

We also welcome guests to use devices during appointments, but please keep the noise level to a minimum or use headphones for entertainment, social, or work purposes.
